
Haslemere U3A is an independent charity registered with the Charity Commission and is based at Haslemere Hall, Haslemere, Surrey. It is affiliated to the Third Age Trust, the national U3A organisation.
The organisation exists for social events, physical activities and adult learning.
Daytime classes are offered in a variety of subjects with no exams, tutors are generally volunteers and most
of our members are retired. Subscriptions simply cover costs.

Membership
The U3A year starts in September. See dates below.
The joining fee is £10.00, and the annual renewal fee is £5.00.
The fee for joining after 1st April includes the following U3A
year.

Groups
Each group class costs up to £10.00 (most £2.00 or less), payable at the time.
For some groups there may be an extra fee to cover special costs;
some groups held in private venues may be free.
Visitors may attend group meetings for the appropriate fee.
After two visits in a year the visitor must become a U3A member to
continue attending.
Dates for your diary
Generally no classes on Bank Holidays.
Dates for the academic year 2019 - 20 are as follows:
Autumn Term 2019: Tuesday 3rd September - Friday 20th December
Spring term 2020: Monday 6th January - Friday 3rd April
Summer term 2020: Monday 20th April - Friday 17th July

Notes
- GDPR To comply with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) the U3A has prepared the Privacy Policy (updated July 2019), the Data Protection Policy (updated July 2019) document, and the Legitimate Interest assessmement (updated September 2019) documents. Click on the relevant document name to read it.

(smaller download). Foxit reader should be able to open almost
